The full HypnoBirthing antenatal experience, designed to help you birth calmly, instinctively and with confidence.

  • Fridays 5:30-8:00pm, running each week for four weeks.

  • Held at Inner Strength, Lake Hāwea, 424A Domain Road.

  • Price: $450.00 includes HypnoBirthing® Book and Rainbow Audiotracks plus a parent handout spiral.

  • Payment plan options available.

  • There are generally 3 - 6 couples in each class. Never more than 8 couples
